PK Mines, PK Farms, Sunnyside Dairy- Clarksburg, Harr Co, WV

Is anyone familiar with these locations and/or this business in Harrison County, WV? Francisco (Frank) Cabo's WWII draft registration card lists that he was self-employed at Sunnyside Dairy, PK Farm, and that he lived at PK Mines.

I am assuming that he owned the dairy. Does anyone remember the Spanish milkman in the late 30's, early 40's? Would be very interested in more info. Thank you.
